Married!

First came Carbon, then came love, then came Nora, then came marriage. This was such a fun gorgeous wedding full of so many smiles and so much adorableness from Scott and Sara's one-year-old daughter, Nora. Of course Carbon, the big furry dog who brought them together, was also looking quite cute for his debut down the aisle. The two lovebirds met at dog obedience school where Scott was bringing his dog, Carbon, and Sara was attending with her mother's dog, Duncan. Unfortunately Duncan passed away but the two believe it was the dogs that brought them together and are so thankful for it. Check out some of the highlights below of the day!

Married!

"What's your favorite thing about Walter? I mean, what really sealed the deal?" I asked Jamie the other day.

"I could say something like he always puts me first and just loves me unconditionally which are reasons as well but I remember when he left with my brother to go shoot shotguns one day when we first started dating. I just looked up at the sky and thanked God that my brother and him got along and could do things like this together!"

Jamie and Walter are two people who know how to throw a party. Pinterest truly came to life in this sweet little backyard in Greenport, NY. Each detail was thought out and placed perfectly throughout the gorgeous white tent. Jamie even used a childhood toy that her parents and brother gave her (Grover) as her something blue and had it wrapped around her ankle and hidden under her dress. 

I love Jamie's focus on the importance of family in her above quote. It was evident throughout the wedding that everyone was so close and enjoyed each other's company so much. I can't think of a better ingredient than a close, loving family at the start of a marriage. I wish these two nothing but happiness and love as they start their own.
